after discussions with a number of close friends and in light o the sea change in the professional world as a result of the current economic and financial crisis, I have finally decided to set up 'Talent and opportunities", a blog aiming at attracting ideas from anybody who feels is underutilized for whatever reasons and feels he/she can bring valuable experience to bear in a any specific situation, whether business, fun or charity.
I have been expanding in a number of professional areas over the course of the last two years since I left investment banking. I am convinced many of you, if not all, have accumulated very valuable expertise in a number of areas, defined by an industry, a geography, a product, a technology and, most importantly, an idea.
